Add the game folder to antivirus/Windows Defender exclusions.
Go to: Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection → Manage Settings → Exclusions and extract the game again

Restart your PC. again try to play it
Go to: Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection → Manage Settings → Exclusions and extract the game again
