Alisha I need help! I have windows 8.1 64 bit os licensed single language Version , but now my system is crashed & I need to reinstall the the windows. But the recovery copy of my pc I have on usb isn't working.. so can I download this upper pro version to install on my pc.. because I have a licensed version OS ..
