That is because you havent cracked the game, please crack the game and launch it as Administrator, and make sure your Antivirus hasn't deleted the crack. Turn it off before installing the game

By Cracking i mean, you have to copy the crack files from Crack folder into the installed game directory. And also do some search on google to understand better :D :D :)
