Cant play this game cause citra cant open cia files, do u guys have any 3ds file? or maybe is there a way to convert it to a 3ds file?

Hasan, these are CIA files but yes it can be easily converted to 3DS and then played in Citra.

Suppy this is a CIA file not a 3DS rom, that is why you are facing this error.
