hi I recently downloaded this game from your site witch is the most amazing site I have ever seen but when I opened the win rar folder witch is named garrys mod 10 but there I don't know what to click to open the setup or garrys mod game can you plz help me

Marshmallow, You are facing this error, because you are trying to connect the game to official steam servers. To overcome this error, simply exit your steam and connect to those servers listed in the game. :D I hope i replied the question you asked.
