Your specifications are alright, the game should work fine Moha. But i think there is a fix for this. Please try this
Right Click on the game icon Go to compatibility tab And choose Windows XP SP3 as compatibility mode. Run the game as Administrator and see if it works if it works fine now.

Then go to the extracted folder and you will see the setup.exe file so run that and install your game.
