Yes it can, but still if it dosents, you have to download those files seperately and put them in your System32 folder that is quite easy.,

or do we need to install it from external sites
....I'm having this doubt as the first video shown i the faq section show that there is a zip file for directx 11 present as a zip file with in the system.....
