Debo, this is quite simple, you just have to extract the zip file and then run the Setup file and install the Premier Pro, Now go to the amtemu.v0.9.1.win-painter file folder and run the amtemu.v0.9.1-painter file then choose Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.3 now click install. Browse where you have installed it and choose the amtlib.dll file and click OK

It is very easy, Just download it, Then extract it and run the setup after installing it you can enjoy :D
