I finished downloading this and it worked fine. But I was confused since I was no longer able to find the downloaded iso when I tried to search it the next day. Is that how it was supposed to work?
I watched the video and believe that I have downloaded the game properly and yet I still have to put a product key. Should I delete and redownload the game?
If the game is asking you to put in a product key: Copy the files from the "PROPHET" folder found in the .iso to the "bin" folder of the game installation folder (ie. C:\Games\AoE3\bin)
If you are getting an initialization failed on Windows 10 and possibly Windows 8:
Go to the start menu and search for "windows features", open "Turn Windows features on or off"
Click the box to the left of "Legacy Components".
Expand that category and make sure it also selected "DirectPlay".
Click Okay.
Run the game from the shortcuts that the installation created. (You may need to restart the computer but I did not on Windows 10).
But still you can try these keys.

can i suggest zip or rar file instead of .iso file because the IDM cant direct the iso file direct download. the torrent file file not found ? best regards,
You can still download the ISO file in IDM. Simply let the download being in your browser, then click on show all downloads in your browser and copy the file link and paste it in ID<.
There is not activation or CD key needed. Please follow the above installation Video and it will be fixed. When you install the game your way this happens. Love and Regards, Alisha Khan
