If I recall correctly, in Beckwith's inheritance thought experiment he questions when exactly the person losing the inheritance has been harmed. If one must be aware of the harm, then the victim becomes harmed only when he finds out that he was supposed to get this inheritance. Also, a real-world example that would apply is the issue of anaesthetized women being given non-voluntary pelvic exams to teach medical students how to do them (effectively having them commit digital rape on women that were there for a different procedure). Up until very recently, this was standard practice. Also a good one to file away for the next time the medical institutions try to lecture everyone about how unethical it is to ban abortion. They clearly have no moral authority.
