Which is pretty much exactly what you predicted in this article. We get a significant pro-life victory while avoiding a blockbuster landmark ruling. So we'll see. Justice Roberts is definitely a Slytherin, but it's hard to say whether he's more like Severus Snape or Tom Riddle.
