So how would you actually answer the 30% thing? Are you going to release that audio?

I think you are justified in using lethal force to defend yourself against someone that is forcing you to play Russian Roulette with one round in the chamber. I don't think a woman has to be facing a 100% chance of death in order to be justified in intervening in a way that has the unintended but foreseen result of the embryo's death. I don't think it's possible to draw a line at an exact percentage (see https://blog.equalrightsinstitute.com/avoiding-an-embarrassingly-common-pro-life-mistake), but it seems clear that if she has an 80% chance of dying she can intervene, but the very small chance of complications that come up in pregnancy doesn't justify lethal force in a typical case of pregnancy, any more than you're justified in just shooting at cops unprovoked just because there are statistically rare cases of police brutality.
