The results of such a poll are completely useless since "legal only under certain circumstances" can mean anything from legal only to save the mother's life to legal on demand up to the 39th week. But the abortion lobby loves to say that 79% of Americans are pro-choice because only 21% answer "illegal in all circumstances.
