The Voldemort analogy is a good one. Indeed, aborting a baby (either as a mother or as an abortionist) has a tremendous and irreversible impact on one’s soul just as killing an older person does. And as with Voldemort, there is a dose effect. We can look at the case of Warren Hern, who reflected in the late 1970s about how he and his staff would have horrible nightmares about the babies they dismembered. But in 2024, after having fully extinguished what was left of his conscience, he’s now just a callous old man.
