This would only work on someone that's actually open to trying to understand your position. If they're just looking for an excuse to dismiss or silence you without having to consider your arguments (as many people who use ad hominems are), they're always going to find one (you're white and privileged, or you haven't adopted enough kids, or you're "one unplanned pregnancy away from being secretly pro-choice").

This is so great!! I hate when other pro-choice people make this argument. This is definitely a good way to respond to that argument.
