Are you thinking "right to refuse" as in "I as a mother have the right to refuse to provide my body or efforts or resources to feed my baby, and therefore am morally justified in commiting infanticide though neglect" since in all reality an infant isn't really any more capable of surviving independently of his/her mother (or some surrogate caretaker) than any preborn child after 20 weeks gestation? That's what I was thinking in terms of "right to refuse" infanticide. I am curious if you have a different example or justification that may be used.
