Great article. I would just suggest adding one thing: after the "lake" thought experiments, circle back to "shouldn’t be allowed to make moral judgements about their actions" and point out that that was a flawed framing in the 1st place. The morality of the killer is a much smaller issue than saving the victim. "Shouldn’t be allowed to make moral judgements about their actions" might have some soundness where no 3rd party is affected by the immoral action, e.g., "If I can’t fully understand the emptiness of someone else’s life, I shouldn’t be allowed to make moral judgements about their porn addiction."

In the abortion context, the main morality issue that is truly a morality issue is not about the morality of the perpetrator; it is, "Am I a moral person if I don't try to save the baby?"
