Hello Paul, Great article on finding opportunity from your knee injury to better condition your body to protect yourself from injury resulting in being better at Crossfit. Throughout my life and career, I have instinctively known there is always some good in any negative situation problem I encountered. Just have to keep going, not quit and keep looking to find solutions until the good and better solution comes about. Thank you for sharing. George

But i have a question. in context to the above do you believe that one should always be patient and never respond to unfair happenings.

Hi Shrutika, good question. In life sometimes unfair things do happen and you should absolutely allow yourself some time to be sad/frustrated/angry. The important thing is that you don't dwell on it for too long. Hope that helps.
