Nicely put together Paul and as someone who has tried all these things and some of them consistently, I too have found myself asking how much more time am I going to spend learning about productivity and when will I actually start being productive!

I am Paul. I like the clean uncluttered UX, and the simplicity which hides a remarkably powerful tool. I'm reminded of the book by english authors called "A Beautiful Constraint" - that points out the value of constraints.
