Wait, I was expecting this to be about Newton? I'm using it myself, but am getting pretty annoyed with the synching; when I open my iPhone, instead of looking to the email server to update my inbox, the app goes through every email that has been received and deleted since the last time, I checked email on my phone. Since I alternate a lot between my desktop, iPad and iPhone, this often means several minutes of watching emails appear and dissapear. Do you experience this bug too?

I see the emails appearing and disappearing like you describe, but it's not as bad. There's a second where it all updates, but after the initial big account sync it works fine for me.

Thanks, Paul. Excellent detail, although I'm not sure how to do this in the Coporate world with Microsoft Outlook. Is there a way to do some of this with the usual IT restrictions somehow?

Thanks for the comment! I'm not sure, I guess it depends on the restrictions you have in place. What are you not allowed to do with email? I just had a look at the Sanebox website and it seems you can use it with Outlook. Have you signed up to the free trial yet?
