Awesome list. I'll add one: only do one thing at a time. Some things can be combined, like driving and listening to a podcast. But how many times have you found yourself eating, listening to a podcast AND staring at your computer screen (maybe at your inbox or a blog post). You end up doing two or three things poorly, rather than really just doing one thing fully and enjoying it.
