Thanks Paul, great post. I've recently started wearing the Jawbone UP2 which is another good entry level activity tracker option. It doesn't have a heart rate monitor however, which I now wish I had. Being able to track my sleep has been really eye opening and well worth the investment alone. I actually didn't realise how few hours of sleep I operate on, and now that I know that I'm making an effort to hit the sack earlier. I've also integrated my UP2 app with MyFitnessPal, so when I enter my diet into MyFitnessPal, it updates UP2 and gives a better overall picture of my health habits. Anyway, great post, thanks again.

Thanks Ryan! Yes I've heard really good things about the Jawbone Up. I think it's so useful to get this picture of your health and it's definitely helped me to make positive changes in my life.
