Really nice podcast and i loved how you managed to discuss all the things from task managements tools, to evernote to other things... really impressing.

What a great podcast! You got me interested in todoist. I am using Nozbe & Asana. Would like to try Asana for personal tasks. What social sharing plugin are you using? I like it. Thx Patrick

I am very picky with my todo apps. Never found one I was truly happy with. So I built my own. But I don't like to call it a todo app, because it is way more than that. It's more like a life organizer/life coach. It helps you get the right things done so you can reach your goals. It's perfect for procrastinators or anyone that has some mental roadblocks to getting things done (doesn't everyone?). There is a little guy called Marvin that guides you throughout. He learns your patterns and adapts to your specific issues. So he will come up with unique strategies when you put a task off several times etc. It's all based on the latest research.
I will open it up for beta testers in 3.5 weeks. Would love to have you take it for a test drive Paul. Very interested in your opinion. :)
Thanks for great interview. For personal use, I have loved Wunderlist. It's great for it's simplicity, but robust enough to work with others. I've had a couple issues with things not syncing, but the Wunderlist team has been very responsive to problems.
Thanks, I've never tried Wunderlist, but I hear good things. I find it's often the case that we find a task management app that we like and stick to it (I'm very committed to Asana and it would be time consuming to move everything to another platform).

Great article. Discover MeisterTask which appears to be a greta app (not yet fully tested). Used in the past most of the apps mentionned above + Nirvana + RTM + Toodledo+Nozbe+.... but always came back to Checkvist. (1) Chechvist is a tasks manager but also an outliner (2) Checkvist supports Markdown (3) Checkvist is fully keyboard orientated... and for an software developer like me daily using tools like Emacs or Vim... ;)
Cheers
