What has helped me the most is a consistent morning routine (that actually starts the night before)

Go to bed by 10:30pm - read something or journal about the day before falling asleep, no phone for last 60 minutes of being awake

Wake up - cold shower
Meditate for 10-15 minutes
Journal - 3 things i'm thankful for, 3 things I want to accomplish
Breakfast - something healthy and filling

Do you do anything similar?

My routine is very similar (in fact, I go to bed a bit earlier)
