Paul, This monthly report is a great idea! I am big fan of yours and have found so many of your resources invaluable. I started in a new position in January that has me overseeing a large team. I am also in a more prominent position in the organization and that has emails FLOODING my inbox. A lot of what you have had to say is helping me not manage my workload but make it extremely enjoyable! Keep up the good work!
