Hi Paul,
I like Google Calendar, and I also like Asana. The only problem is that Google Calendar helps me to set the order of what to do during a day, meanwhile Asana help me to organize the project but without the duration/order within the day, because we have to take multi jobs in a day, right? wonder if there is solution? Thanks!

Definitely use Sunrise Calendar to solve this problem, then you can overlay the appointments with tasks you need to do. I talk about this a lot in the Personal Productivity Toolkit: http://paulminors.com/products/personal-productivity-toolkit/

Hi Paul, very interesting post.I like asana very much not only because is extremely powerful and works well with Evernote, but also because the free version gives you essentially the same functionality as the paid version. I would like to know what you think about Azendoo and its integration with Evernote

Yes agreed. It's great that they don't restrict any features for free users. I haven't had any experience with this app. Are you using it as well as Asana?

I have just started looking at Azendoo. At first glance, it looks interesting, similar to Asana but perhaps simpler. It integrates with Evernote and other services like Google Drive and Dropbox but not with Sunrise calendar. The free version has a severe limitation: only one workspace. I will keep looking at it.

Great that it works with Evernote. That's the one thing Asana is missing. I feel like I'm too committed to switch now. I'm trying to create a Zapier recipe to link Evernote and Asana. :)

Have you tried TaskClone? I have not decided if I will use Azendoo or Asana. I will be using both for a while.

No, I've heard of Task Clone but haven't given it a go yet. I find when you have a system that works well it can be hard to change it up. But I try and push myself to experiment with new things so that I can find the best solutions.
