Hi Paul, very interesting episode.
Did you give Faith access to your personal inbox, does she respond to client emails with her own email, do you have a shared inbox or do you use any specific Gmail addon to organize this? I was always wondering how to set this up properly. Thank you.

Yes, I've given access to my email account. Sometimes she drafts responses for me to send. Other times she'll respond as herself.

didin't you try to play with filters to sort emails in a way you need? Play based on sender, keyword etc. It kind of does a good job with filters alone, and now I'm playing around and trying to find a way to add AI to fit into processes.

Filters are good but Faith does SOOO much more than sorting email. She helps write responses, books calls, does admin tasks etc.

Interested to learn more (maybe followup podcast?) about why your existing team could not do the email tasks you describe, and why a US based person (compare cost to US based versus 'off shore)? I feel like you have some of your team as off shore people you mentioned on past podcast?
