For years that I work in development it is so important to listen to what stakeholders want. As a requirements engineer, business analyst or just as database developer. The risk when you do it vice-versa is, that you create a solution that fits for you, not fur the users/clients. Thanks.
oh my Gosh, i am so glad i took the time to read up on this topic and listen to the audio! i am supposed to prepare a 5-7 mins piece for my speech for the toastmasters meeting tomorrow night, i still had no idea what my speech was going to be about until i listened to this, so i will talk about this topic, thank you! this has just been a God sent!
