Thanks for the writeup Paul! Unfortunately my PM team is stil using MS Project, which I think is complex and not as robust and collaborative as Asana for project management. Most times, task dependencies are not reflected, resulting in missed timelines.

Hi Paul, I really like the idea of time blocking and all you've discussed in this episode (this one and #231). My question is how did you determine (or do you) how long a project or task will take you? Did you use a tool to discern timing, and if so, what tool did you use?

Thanks. Really I just make an estimate but I'll often lean towards the more conservative side so I give myself more time than I probably need so I'm not caught short.
