Paul, how will your business survive if you aren't taking one on one consulting calls? I understand delegation but you are the "face" of your business.

Good question! Over the last 3-6 months I've hired a few contractors to help and now I give clients the option to book their private calls with my team rather than me (often they have more availability). It's not been an issue so far.

Thank you so much for this. Seriously I have never thought of what I don't want to do but what I want to do. This got me thinking and allow me to list out things that can distract me from achieving my goal this year and years ahead.
