Evernote is a great tool and I used it for years before switching to Evernote. Personally, I prefer the simplicity of Apple Notes and being a heavy Apple user, it makes sense for me. But like I said, Evernote is great and if you're already using it you should probably stick with it,

Yes, I do use this. I prefer this as it creates a proper PDF instead of just an image.
