Hi Tim, yeah I guess I'm always thinking about both - how to work less and earn more. Obviously not easy and how you grow revenue will depend a lot on your business. Last year I made a change to how I deliver my consulting services by creating a course and training program which allowed to spend less 1:1 time (by offering group coaching instead) with each client but also increase my capacity to earn more.
