Hi Paul,
Is there a way to set up a different action for a condition set? Or is the workflow only linear? Or can the workflow branch off depending on criteria?
For example I would like to create an activity when a deal is updated, but I would like to set a different due date dependent on the type of deal and when the deal is likely to be closed.

If I have several email-signatures I have to include the signature to each template. And can not use the standard signature function.
Is this right?

Yes, I'm afraid Pipedrive only supports one signature in the settings currently so this would be a good workaround.

Hey Paul, I am trying to set up an automation for when a Person custom field is changed to a certain value, it will move the deal to the next stage however, I don't see an option for this only 'Update deal fields' which does not really allow me to apply to all incoming deals.

Sorry, I don't quite understand your question as I see the 'Update deal fields' option is showing?

We added a 'Label' in the Person custom field. The condition is if it changed to Professional, it should move the deal to the next pipeline stage. However, there is no option to Update the Deal., just the data fields.

Ah I see. The reason is that you've used a 'Person Updated' trigger. In order to move a deal automatically, you need to use a 'Deal Updated' trigger so that the triggering deal can later be updated. It would be better to use a custom field on the deal to trigger your automation.

Hey Paul I'm trying to create what I believe to be a simple automation and it's just not working. I'm using a deal stage trigger to create dates for a payment schedule and when I try to save it i get "An unknown error has occurred"
