Hi Paul, nice quick reference guide. There is an interesting feature called future backwards: it allows you to create a better bridge with what needs to be conducted. Bridging the gap backwards and define plausible scenarios is better than doing the mental exercise in the opposite way. In addition, you move away from more deterministic approaches (H/M/L, Eisenhower type). There is more...experience is set in the cradle of context. :) have a nice day.

Great article Paul. I use a similar system. I use Asana with 4 main time based projects, !Today, !Week, !Month, !Quarter. Anything added to Today gets done today. Anything added to Week or Month or Quarter gets reviewed every day, week, month respectively (and dated as required).
