What would you like to learn about Asana?

Great tips. I was using a board layout for weekly, monthly and quarterly goals, but I like the idea of using tasks for the quarterly goals and then sub tasks with sections per month, and again weekly. Makes sure my smaller goals are linked to the overall picture!

Yes I think this keeps things a lot tidier 😀

one of the things that I have noticed with Asana is that it's a living breathing thing. Changing all the time - me changing it. There are some things that I would like to STAY in my file, something that I cannot mark as complete, because it is there for information. Is there a way that I can "lock" that somehow, or do I just tell my staff not to check it off when they fill it in?

In that case, are you almost using Asana for something it's not supposed to be used for? i.e. should information that you want to keep go into another system like a notes or files app?

Well, I was afraid of that. It actually works well if we just don't check it off as complete, but it's quite handy to access all our information from here very simply on the computer and on the app. We will keep using it the way we have it set up. There have been some work arounds, but the templates are good reminders for us and it tracks our information.
