Amazing level of sophistication - I'm guessing this evolved over a number of years, I'd hate to have to debug it when something doesn't quite work! :-) I have previously struggled with getting Zapier/Flow and other tools to do more than create/delete data points (but never actually 'sync' data), your method of using flags seems to get around this nicely. This video in particular has triggered a whole bunch of ideas for me beyond my sales pipeline. Cheers!
Yes, the booking system started a lot less automated with my manually emailing people. Once it's up and running it's actually very reliable and I almost never have issues.
