Thanks for sharing your Wednesday challenge! How and when do you decide what you will working on or brainstorming on those days? How do you get your ideas? Mind mapping? Thinking time? I am curious to know :-) The hardest thing is to recognize what to improve in my system.

For me that part comes easy. I'm always seeing things to improve e.g. email automation, Zapier workflows, creating new products/courses, updating existing products etc. I usually have a bit of a queue of tasks in Asana of things I need to do.

Paul, I do the same thing on Friday of each week (set aside time to work on my business) but find that many Fridays I end up working on things that did not get done during the week. As I struggle to get work in the COVID era, I have found it hard not to work "on" my business throughout the week. On your Wednesdays, do you ever have to catch up on work or do you plan that time during the week (before and after Wednesday)?

Great job Tea! Yes, I plan my time (before and after) so I know how I'm going to use the time. Often I may use some of the day to catch up but mostly I try to work ON the business.

I have always been doing everything myself and running out of daylight. And time is passing me by.
Thank you very much for your podcast.
