Hi Paul, question about your Zapier step. If the contact already existed in Xero/Quickbooks would any of the steps need to change ?

Yes, you may need a 'Find Contact' step in Quickbooks or Xero so that Zapier can find the existing contact first and then assign the invoice to that contact.
