Of all the ones you listed, I do not like the Play Video Games one. There are some things that can tend to be more attractive to do and then you don't gain anything. You may play video games but limit it to 30 mins per day, and conditionally after you have done something that add value to your person. I watch TV and i use it as a reward for having sat on the bed with my laptop the whole day. I am a good cook and baker, but i end up eating all the goodies by myself, so i steer clear from all that to avoid weight gain. I have a treadmill, so i walk 2km every other day. I have lots of interesting books what i have not opened. I will take one book maybe once a month and read a chapter and leave it. Besides working from home doing what i am employed to do, the one thing that brightens up my day is the 10 week Online Course I am doing on my own. we are now on week 8 and I am panicking wondering how i will fill all the time once its over. Maybe i will start another one. Cleaning cupboards and counting jewelry are things i do when i cannot sleep at night. It is so rewarding coz you discover things you don't need and can give away.

Great point. I think the point I'm trying to make though is to give yourself permission to have fun (whatever that might be)

Very true! We actually did clear up the garden a bit as well now that you mention it.
