i upgraded to professional specifically so that I can record calls. It would be nice to be able to record calls started from my cell phone as well. Or if I get a return call from a customer is there a way to record it?
Not on your phone I'm afraid as your phone is using your phones actual cell network, not the VOIP service that Pipedrive's web caller uses. You could look at using a third-party caller but this seems like an unnecessary expense in my mind.
