Paul would there be a workaround for setting up appointment reminders even if only using Pipedrive (not Calendly) for scheduling? Maybe using Zapier or even inside Outlook itself?
Yes, you could use Zapier to auto-email the contact X days/hours before the appointment. Unfortunately Pipedrive's workflow automation isn't able to handle date logic e.g. x days before Y date.
Hi Paul, 2 questions regarding the Pipedrive scheduling tool.
1) Does it sent the contact who booked the appointment a calendar invite? 2) If sending the link from within the deal, does the contact still need to enter their name and address from within the form ? Thanks, Bradley
You eluded to the limitations of only being able to schedule 1 availability time with the Advance Pipedrive Plan.
In my sales process, we have an Introductory Call, Virtual Demo Presentation and On-site Demo Presentation. Being that I am limited to one availability time, what do you think is the best work around to still providing these options on my calendar?
Keep in mind we are a self-funded startup, so money is tight. If we can somehow optimize this solely on Pipedrive, without having to buy Calendly, I'd certainly prefer that.
Please advise and thank you for all your help thus far!
Best,
Jordan Silverman
Hi Jordan, you can actually still do this in Pipedrive. You would just need to set up multiple options for your into/demo etc. in the 'General Availability' settings in the Pipedrive scheduler. This means you can have separate availability and durations for the different call types.

Thanks, Bradley
2) Yes, they would need to input their name and email when booking a time.
Hope that helps.
