Hi Paul,
I am having a lot of issues with Pipedrive not showing full scroll down fields. My newest issue is in a bulk edit of leads. I am trying to filter the column's and I am unable to scroll to the bottom to save or see the rest of the options. This is also a persistent issue with manage templates my view stops at "save as draft". I have reached out to Pipedrive numerous times and nothing has been resolved. This has wasted so much of my time just trying to run simple tasks.

Are you able to send me a screenshot or a video of the issue you're having (paul@paulminors.com). I can submit a support ticket to Pipedrive and get expedited support if needed.

Have you tried clearing your cache and restarting your browser. This is the first thing to try when Pipedrive misbehaves like this. If you're still having issues, please email me and I can log a support ticket with Pipedrive and we get backdoor access to higher-tier support and engineers.

Thank you Paul. Yes, I have cleared cache and restarted the browser. I am currently working with their tech support. If I don't get it resolved today I will definitely reach out. I appreciate your offer of assistance.

Can we use the CSV import to add new labels/custom fields?
If we add new labels and custom fields, will the current reports update with new info as well?

You will need to create the new labels and custom fields during the import stage. After you upload the spreadsheet, you can map the columns to your Pipedrive fields and on that page there is a button to create new fields.

Yes, any new fields you create can be used in reports. But you'll likely need to go back through your old deals and add data to the new field in these old deals.
