Hello Paul,
I would like to know how to merge two contacts. I have a duplicate contact, each with a different organization attached. I want to chose the contact with the current organization attached, but not lose any other important information attached to the contact with the old organization. Thanks!

When you navigate to a contact, click the three dots in the top right and choose the Merge option. If you're not seeing this, this is likely a permissions issue and you’ll need to ask your admin to give you permission to merge contacts from the ‘Managers Users » Permissions » Global Permissions’ area.

For now we had an excel sheet and the pipedrive that we filled with data. I want to now import the excel sheet in pipedrive to fill the existing deals and organisations with all the correct data. How can I do this?

First you will need to export a list of your organisations and people along with the IDs (as shown in this lesson) so you can map the data to the existing ID's and re-import. Feel free to join my group call if you get stuck or have questions.

What fields are required for creating activities? Type (email, call, text, etc), Date, and anything else? Thanks!

Hi Ray, I'd recommend submitting activity type and date as a minimum

If the old data has multi-activities.. e.g. I've had 3 previous calls with notes and I have another booked next week, so 4 activities in total. Is it possible to important all at one time?

Yes. So each of the 4 activities would be a separate row on your spreadsheet and you can include a deal/person or org column to link the activity with the necessary records.
