Ah thanks for the suggestion. I don't have any plans to add a transcript right now. But the notes under the lesson are a good summary of the key points.
It depends - The Pipedrive scheduler is good for simple scheduling within a sales context. However, I choose to use Calendly as I also use it to take payments (which the PD scheduler can't do) and I use it for scheduling other people, not just Pipedrive contacts.
