Pipedrive is supposed to be a one stop shop for us, calendar management, email management, quotes etc.
Initial success: everyone tracking calls, eventually I would like Pipedrive to be the source of all of our information. Pull reports on sales, products, targets, etc.
My central point of truth is Office 365 and Outlook. To start my plan is to use Pipedrive for myself only to track leads and nurture leads or deals that did not go through. It will be my central portal to all leads and deals as in the past I’ve had no system which has resulted in potential loss of income from all of the leads I was not tracking
