Hi Paul - Can you set-up approvals (or milestone) in task template? It seems like you cannot. When you add the template to the project, you'd then have to manually change the subtask to Approval or Milestone. Is that right? Thanks!

You sure can. In the template editor, click on the task and you can change the task type at the top.

Perfect, thank you! As a follow-up. I do not have Approval as an option. Is that a Business feature? We are on the Premium account.

Yes, Approval is a Business feature.
