On the notion of completed subtasks staying in the list but grayed out... would a work around to having the list get too long but creating a subsection called Completed and then dragging the completed subtasks down to it? Or would that be more of a pain than it's worth?
Yes you could do that. Also, if your list of subtasks is really that long, this is when I'd start to be asking whether you need more than one parent task to manage all of those subtasks.
Question, can you have templates set up for Tasks? Example, at any one time we have up to 150 projects going on for my client. There are about 5 different project types, all of which run end to end exactly the same each time. Ideally you aren't recreating the Tasks and subtasks each time.
Hello Paul. A question. Can completed tasks be archived in a project? We currently have many in a project where I work and I can't get the option to archive or something like that, so we have a column for Archived per board and it's too long. Is there a way to archive the tasks in A project or what is recommended as a good practice to keep the board clean? Thank you.
Completing the task is, in a sense, archiving it. From there, you can use the view options at the top of the project to filter out completed tasks so you don't see them.
