So this is done after the initial 30-minute intro call. The 30-min intro is for us to meet and confirm we're a fit and that we can work together. If I then need to make a proposal, rather than just emailing it to them, I'll ask them at the end of the first call to book a second call a few days or a week later so I can present the proposal to them in person.
