Great explanation. Are you subscribed to the Free, Pro or Premium version? Same with Asana. Premium, Pro or Enterprise? Might be a useful addition to any upgrades to share your version of tools and what you feel is needed to replicate what you're explaining. Thanks so much!

Thanks Ralph. I'm on the Pro Calendly plan ($15/mo) which allows you to take payments. And Premium for Asana.

Hey Paul

I've finished this lesson - well done. Very valuable.
I've also in trial for the Calendly Pro version.

But one more thing:
You write that you use Pro, because it allows us to connect to Stripe (or other tools). But what is the process in you lesson:

  1. A customer comes to your website Asana Consulting
  2. He schedules an appointment for a "30-minutes introduction call". This 30 minutes are free, aren't they? That's fine.
  3. If the customer wants to work with you, how does he get the Calendly link where the Stripe integration is behind? Is it through email or is your process? I guess the customer firstly has to pay and then he is able to schedule a time?
Thanks again.
Best regards.
Heiko

Hi Heiko, the paid Calendly link actually isn't for clients. It's used to schedule an introductory call but book a time sooner if I'm booked up. i.e. if I've had so many people book with me using the free link that I'm booked 2 weeks out, people can use the paid priority option to get an intro call in the next day or two. Hope that helps!

Hey Paul
That is a quick reply. Unfortunately, I do not fully understand your answer. I agree with the 30-minutes introduction call. So in this call you find out, that it matches on both sides.

Do you then share the link for the paid option to the client? I. e. "hey, we should do the next step. Please schedule an appointment (now with the paid link)." Am I right?

Sorry, for the extra iteration.

Bye
Heiko

So when someone books an intro call with me they have two options 1) book a free call but they might have to wait 2 weeks as I get booked up 2) or use the $50 priority option to book a call in the next few days. It gives people a choice to talk to me sooner if they're in a rush. Make sense?
