Hi Paul
This video is a great overview of task management. I have been trying to use GTD for at least a decade so I am used to that way of working from context based lists. I am looking at moving over to Asana as our team has grown so I am looking for a more collaborative way to manage projects and tasks which I cant get from my current task manager (Toodeldo). You mention GTD a few times in the video. I am wondering do you follow this system or just take components from it? In Asana do you have a someday / maybe project / list to park all those items (without due dates). Do you go through a weekly review of tasks. Do you think Asana is a good tool for following the GTD system or have you adapted the GTD system to fit around the way that you prefer to work?

Thanks for the comment Al.

I don't follow GTD that closely but I like concepts from it e.g. Someday/Maybe (which I manage using an Asana tag) and weekly reviews (which I do every Friday afternoon).

So yes, I think it can be used to adopt the GTD principles. Tags for example are a good way to add context to a task e.g. 'Errands', which I know is a big part of GTD.
